Judicial Retirement
I think that the Supreme Court Justices should have a limit on how young they can be before they can serve in the Court. A twenty-five year old that is fresh out of college doesn't have as much experience as a fourty-five year old judge. Instead of having term limits, the Justices should have to get an exam every year to determine if they are still mentally fit for their position. If a Justice has an liiness such as dementia, they won't be able to remember the things that they need to and might not possess the mental capacities required for their jobs. If the Justices have to have this examination, however, the members of Congress should be required to take one as well. They are running our country, and if they have some disorder that prevents them from making rational decisions and doing their job, then they should be removed from office because they can't handle the position any longer.
